I will provide a comfortable space for you to explore your most raw self without guilt or shame... the goal of therapy is self-exploration and awareness and recognizing conditionings and trauma reenactment patterns keeping you stuck.

As a part of the human experience, we get hurt causing us to freeze, fawn, withdraw, or get aggressive internally or externally. We all have experienced disturbing life events, strained relationships, and family traumas, which if unresolved, continue to affect us now! This disrupts our relationships in many ways causing functional impairments in connection, self-love, self-neglect, unstable mood, excessive anxiety, and dysregulated reactivity.

Sometimes we fall into patterns of performing, overindulgence, addictions, and other maladaptive behaviors that are distressing just to feel some connection to something.

At the end of the day, we seek harmony and peace within ourselves and with our environment and the people in our lives. This can be achieved through awareness of trauma history, personal culture history, family culture history, societal cultural history, and a healthy dose of mindfulness and awareness.

A board licensed psychotherapist practicing in the beautiful melting pot of SoCal from LA to OC with focus on family trauma, relationships, addiction, and socialization with an expertise in diverse cultural populations. Serving as a clinical specialist at UCLA Behavioral Health Services, an associate therapist at Psychological Care & Healing Center in Venice and a private practice in Brentwood California.

Using tools from evidenced based practices and a nurturing connection with your therapist, you can feel connected and valued, seen and heard and begin to have a loving relationship w/ yourself and others.

I also offer skill building sessions in teaching cultural awareness, relational connectedness, boundaries and assertiveness in friendships, dating, work, and family relationships.
