Health & Wellness

Hi guys! I will be using this section as a blog for now and will add things to it that I think are important for your mental health.

DAILY GOALS
>WAKE UP<

  • DON'T CHECK YOUR PHONE.

  • BREATHE, STRETCH.

  • GET READY FOR THE DAY (EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE, FEEL FRESH)

  • IDEALLY 15 - 20 MIN OF EXERCISE (NOW OR LATER TODAY). YOU CAN DO A QUICK YOUTUBE VIDEO. I CAN DO ONE WITH YOU FOR MOTIVATION.

  • EAT SOMETHING - NOT SHIT. <- PROFESSIONAL TERMINOLOGY, "NOT SHIT".

  • WALK OR SIT IN THE SUN FOR A FEW.

  • DO YOUR DAILY PRODUCTIVITY (WORK, SCHOOL, HOME, RESPONSIBILITIES).

  • TAKE BREAKS. SOME OF MY CLIENTS HOLD FOOD AND BREAKS HOSTAGE FROM THEMSELVES. DONT. DO. THAT.

  • STRESS LESS. BE AWARE OF STRESSORS. AND THEN ASK ME HOW TO MINIMIZE.

  • YOU MUST BE FUELED (MIND BODY AND SOUL) TO BE A GOOD PARTNER, PARENT, LOVER, FRIEND.

  • FUELED MEANS WELL RESTED AND LEISURE W/ WORK AND SOME SORT OF MENTAL STIMULATION, GROWTH, ENHANCEMENT. PURPOSE.

  • MOST PEOPLE ARE LIMITED TO WHAT THEIR PARENTS EXPOSED THEM TO, IF THEY WERE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO GET EXTRACURRICULARS, AND NEVER EXPLORED THE MILLION OTHER THINGS THAT MAY ACTUALLY BE THEIR PASSION. SO DON'T BE SCURRED. GET OUT THERE AND EXPLORE SAFELY AND WITH INTEGRITY.

  • GET A HEALTHY SUPPORT SYSTEM. SOMETIMES WE FEEL THE NEED TO STICK W/ CHILDHOOD FRIENDS WHEN WE OUTGREW THEM AND FEEL UNFULFILLED IN THESE FORCED FRIENDSHIPS. BRANCH OUT. YOUR FRIENDS SHOULD FEEL LIKE HOME MOST OF THE TIME.

  • EAT WELL, BREATHE WELL, MOVE OFTEN, DON'T SIT A LOT. (GIVEN YOU ARE NOT DISABLED)

  • PLAY SPORTS OR DANCE OR WHATEVER IS YOUR EQUIVALENT. SOMETHING CREATIVE AND PHYSICAL.

  • LAUGH AT SHIT. BUT ALSO, KNOW WHEN TO SIT WITH SHIT AND EXIT THE SHIT. MOST IMPORTANTLY, LEARN FROM SHIT.

  • EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY, DON'T GIVE YOURSELF SHIT. HOW ARE YOU TALKING TO YOURSELF ALL DAY?

  • THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS A DAILY ROUTINE INCORPORATING THESE IDEAS AND BEHAVIORS.

  • LET'S GET ON MY FREE SERVICES TO DISCUSS FURTHER. SEND QUESTIONS IN THE CONTACT SECTION.
